Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Verification. 28jili may require you to verify your identity at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 28jili login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must notify 28jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 28jili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.5 Account Transfer. Your 28jili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 28jili reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party account and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. 28jili reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
4.4 Deposits are credited to your 28jili wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 28jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 All transactions on the 28jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in your name and matching the details on your verified 28jili account. 28jili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.2 Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the identity verification process described in Section 3.3. 28jili may request additional verification documents for subsequent withdrawals at its discretion.
5.3 Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day, subject to the operating hours of the relevant bank.

5.5 28jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal requirements.
5.6 Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
6.1 28jili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 28jili actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account may be suspended.
6.4 28jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have not been claimed within the specified validity period will expire automatically.
6.5 Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. 28jili reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
7.1 All games available on the 28jili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The results of all games are determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 28jili or any player.
7.2 Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. The rules applicable to each live game are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any live game, you agree to abide by those rules.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 28jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 9.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.
